電池(chi)(chi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)系(xi)統(BMS)安(an)裝于儲能電池(chi)(chi)組內,負責對儲能電池(chi)(chi)組進(jin)行(xing)(xing)電壓、溫度、電流、容(rong)量等(deng)信息(xi)的采集,實時狀(zhuang)態(tai)監(jian)測和故障分析,同(tong)時通(tong)(tong)過CAN總線與PCS、監(jian)控(kong)與調度系(xi)統聯機通(tong)(tong)信,實現對電池(chi)(chi)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)優化的充放(fang)電管(guan)(guan)理(li)控(kong)制(zhi)。系(xi)統每簇電池(chi)(chi)組各自配(pei)一(yi)套電池(chi)(chi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)系(xi)統,能達到有(you)效(xiao)和高效(xiao)地使(shi)用(yong)每簇儲能電池(chi)(chi)及整(zheng)體合(he)理(li)調配(pei)的目的。
BMS具有電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)壓均衡(heng)、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)組保(bao)護(hu)、熱管理、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)性能(neng)(neng)的分(fen)析(xi)診斷等(deng)(deng)功能(neng)(neng)。要求能(neng)(neng)夠實時測量蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)模(mo)塊電(dian)(dian)壓、充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流、溫度(du)和單體電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)端(duan)電(dian)(dian)壓、并計算(suan)得到的電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)內阻等(deng)(deng)參數,通過分(fen)析(xi)診斷模(mo)型,得出(chu)單體電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)當前容(rong)量或剩(sheng)余容(rong)量(SOC)的診斷,單體電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)健康狀態(tai)(tai)(SOH)的診斷、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)組狀態(tai)(tai)評估,以及在放電(dian)(dian)時當前狀態(tai)(tai)下可持續放電(dian)(dian)時間的估算(suan)。

AHBC-CANB電量傳感器為一高(gao)精度(du)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)傳(chuan)感器,主要安裝于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組母排(pai),用(yong)于(yu)監測充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。AHBC-CANB采用(yong)磁(ci)通(tong)門(men)技術,具有高(gao)精度(du),低磁(ci)滯等(deng)優點。零點偏(pian)(pian)置電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)小于(yu)10mA,由于(yu)采用(yong)磁(ci)通(tong)門(men)原理,無磁(ci)滯影響,在1000A大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)沖擊后仍能保(bao)持低零偏(pian)(pian),高(gao)精度(du)特性。因此特別適用(yong)于(yu)動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)監測,高(gao)精度(du)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)監測等(deng)應用(yong)場(chang)合。電(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)監測及(ji)管理系統(tong)。
磁通門原理在高精度測量領域具有絕(jue)對的技術優勢,采用(yong)激勵磁場(chang)持續振蕩,可等效于消磁磁場(chang),進而(er)使(shi)磁滯降(jiang)到低(di)。
國標QCT 897-2011中第4.2.4條目規定SOC估算精度要求不大于10% 。為保證該精度,充放電監測精度需優于1%,為保證大電流,小電流場合下均有高精度SOC,傳感器滿量程精度需盡一步提高至0.3%。AHBC-CANB電量傳感器滿足該(gai)精度要求,并(bing)且具有更(geng)小的磁滯及(ji)更(geng)小的零點偏(pian)移。
