AHBC-CANB電量傳感器為一高精度直流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)傳感(gan)器,主要(yao)安裝于(yu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)母排(pai),用(yong)于(yu)監測(ce)充放(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)。AHBC-CANB采(cai)用(yong)磁(ci)通(tong)門(men)技(ji)術(shu),具有(you)高精度,低(di)磁(ci)滯等(deng)優(you)點。零(ling)點偏置電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)小于(yu)10mA,由于(yu)采(cai)用(yong)磁(ci)通(tong)門(men)原理,無磁(ci)滯影響,在1000A大電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)沖(chong)擊后仍(reng)能(neng)保持低(di)零(ling)偏,高精度特性。因此特別(bie)適用(yong)于(yu)動力電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)監測(ce),高精度電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)監測(ce)等(deng)應(ying)用(yong)場合。電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)監測(ce)及(ji)管理系統。
磁(ci)通門原理在高精度測量領域具(ju)有(you)絕對的(de)技(ji)術(shu)優勢,采用激勵(li)磁(ci)場持續振蕩,可等(deng)效于消磁(ci)磁(ci)場,進而使磁(ci)滯降到低。
國標QCT 897-2011中第4.2.4條目規定SOC估算精度要求不大于10% 。為保證該精度,充放電監測精度需優于1%,為保證大電流,小電流場合下均有高精度SOC,傳感器滿量程精度需盡一步提高至0.3%。AHBC-CANB電量傳感器滿足該精度(du)要求,并(bing)且具有(you)更小的磁滯及更小的零點(dian)偏移(yi)。
