什么是(shi)用戶側儲能?

我(wo)們平時(shi)口(kou)中說的用(yong)戶側(ce)儲(chu)(chu)能主要是指應用(yong)在(zai)廣大工商業(ye)客戶的電(dian)(dian)化學儲(chu)(chu)能,儲(chu)(chu)能設備(bei)可簡單理(li)解為一個(ge)大型的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)寶(bao)。在(zai)電(dian)(dian)價(jia)低時(shi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian),在(zai)電(dian)(dian)價(jia)高時(shi)放電(dian)(dian)用(yong)于(yu)企(qi)業(ye)生產,從而降低企(qi)業(ye)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)成本。

儲(chu)能系統設計及選型

1 儲能系(xi)統接入(ru)電網電壓等級要求

       GB 51048《電(dian)化(hua)學(xue)儲能電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)設(she)計規范》對并網電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級(ji)(ji)要(yao)(yao)求沒有非常明確,僅(jin)僅(jin)是建(jian)議大中型(xing)儲能系統采(cai)(cai)用(yong)10kV或更(geng)高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級(ji)(ji)并網。在《電(dian)化(hua)學(xue)儲能電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)設(she)計標準(zhun)(征(zheng)求意見稿(gao))》對接入電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級(ji)(ji)的(de)要(yao)(yao)求是:小型(xing)儲能電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)宜(yi)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)0.4kV~20kV及以(yi)(yi)下電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級(ji)(ji);中型(xing)儲能電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)宜(yi)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)10kV~110kV電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級(ji)(ji);大型(xing)儲能電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)宜(yi)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)220kV及以(yi)(yi)上電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級(ji)(ji)。

       GB/T 36547-2018《電(dian)(dian)(dian)化學儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)系(xi)統(tong)接(jie)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)技術規定(ding)》對(dui)不同容量的儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)系(xi)統(tong)并網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)做了(le)詳細的要求,電(dian)(dian)(dian)化學儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)系(xi)統(tong)接(jie)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)應按照儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)系(xi)統(tong)額(e)定(ding)功率(lv)、接(jie)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)網(wang)架結(jie)構等(deng)(deng)條件確(que)定(ding),不同額(e)定(ding)功率(lv)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)系(xi)統(tong)接(jie)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)如下(xia)表所示:

1.1 8kW及(ji)以(yi)下儲(chu)能系統(tong)

       8kW及以下的儲能(neng)(neng)系統(tong)一(yi)般用(yong)于戶(hu)用(yong)的光(guang)儲系統(tong),配合(he)屋頂光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)和光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)、儲能(neng)(neng)一(yi)體(ti)式逆變器,實現戶(hu)用(yong)并(bing)、離網(wang)模式運行。當不允許向電網(wang)輸(shu)送(song)電能(neng)(neng)時,通過防逆流(liu)裝(zhuang)置可以實現光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)發電富余(yu)時自動(dong)(dong)充電,至大(da)程度消納(na)綠(lv)電,配電結構如圖(tu)1所示。戶(hu)用(yong)光(guang)儲系統(tong)數據可上傳云平臺供移動(dong)(dong)端查看(kan)數據。

1.2 8kW-1000kW儲能系(xi)統

      8kW-1000kW儲(chu)(chu)能系統一般500kW以下(xia)采(cai)(cai)用380V并網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang),500kW-1000kW根據接(jie)入電網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)架結構可采(cai)(cai)用0.4kV多點(dian)并網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang),也(ye)可以采(cai)(cai)用6kV-20kV電壓(ya)并網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)。當(dang)然采(cai)(cai)用6kV-20kV電壓(ya)并網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)需要增加升壓(ya)變壓(ya)器、中壓(ya)開關柜等設備(bei),會大大增加儲(chu)(chu)能系統的成本(ben),所以在(zai)情(qing)況允許(xu)的情(qing)況下(xia)可以采(cai)(cai)用0.4kV多點(dian)并網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)以減少成本(ben)。

      比如(ru)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)內部需要安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)大功率充電(dian)樁,但是企(qi)(qi)業(ye)變(bian)壓(ya)器容(rong)量(liang)不滿足要求的(de)(de)情況下可(ke)以安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)光(guang)伏、儲能(neng)系(xi)(xi)統用(yong)(yong)于擴(kuo)展用(yong)(yong)電(dian)容(rong)量(liang),在不更換變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)情況下,可(ke)以在0.4kV母線(xian)增加儲能(neng)系(xi)(xi)統并網(wang)。在光(guang)伏發電(dian)有富(fu)余或者負(fu)荷較低(di)的(de)(de)谷(gu)電(dian)時段(duan)充電(dian),負(fu)荷高峰時期放電(dian),以小(xiao)的(de)(de)成本(ben)擴(kuo)展企(qi)(qi)業(ye)內部用(yong)(yong)電(dian)容(rong)量(liang),這種情況典型的(de)(de)場景是城市快(kuai)速充電(dian)站或者需要變(bian)壓(ya)器擴(kuo)容(rong)的(de)(de)企(qi)(qi)業(ye),如(ru)圖2所(suo)示。通(tong)過多組(zu)250kW/500kWh分布式儲能(neng)柜并入(ru)0.4kV母線(xian),這樣可(ke)以把企(qi)(qi)業(ye)內部配電(dian)容(rong)量(liang)一段(duan)時間內擴(kuo)展1000kW,滿足企(qi)(qi)業(ye)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)擴(kuo)容(rong)需要。

       通(tong)(tong)過(guo)0.4kV多點并網(wang)(wang)的儲能系統(tong)中,在10kV產權分界點需(xu)(xu)要(yao)增加防孤島保護裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)和(he)(he)電能質量(liang)分析裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi),如果(guo)不(bu)需(xu)(xu)要(yao)往電網(wang)(wang)送電還需(xu)(xu)要(yao)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)逆(ni)功(gong)率保護裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi),在低壓側0.4kV安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)電能質量(liang)治理(li)和(he)(he)無功(gong)補(bu)償裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)等,儲能系統(tong)數(shu)據通(tong)(tong)過(guo)智能網(wang)(wang)關采集后可以(yi)上(shang)傳至本地(di)管理(li)系統(tong)或者云平臺(tai),實現企業可靠、有(you)序用電,降低用能成本。

      在(zai)這種(zhong)模(mo)式下,安科瑞電(dian)氣可以(yi)為1000kW以(yi)下儲能(neng)監控系統提(ti)供以(yi)下設備,見(jian)表4。

1.3 500kW-5000kW儲能系統

       500kW-5000kW儲能系統采(cai)用(yong)6kV-20kV并(bing)網(wang),一般采(cai)用(yong)電氣集裝(zhuang)箱方式(shi)安(an)裝(zhuang),分(fen)為電池艙、電氣艙等,也可采(cai)用(yong)模塊化的分(fen)布式(shi)儲能柜并(bing)聯匯流后升壓(ya)并(bing)網(wang),組裝(zhuang)方便,安(an)全系數高。

      現行分時(shi)電(dian)價政策(ce)由于(yu)不(bu)少(shao)地(di)區(qu)在冬夏高峰時(shi)段每天(tian)會有2個(ge)尖峰時(shi)段,持續時(shi)間(jian)2小(xiao)時(shi)左(zuo)右,為了保證峰谷套利收益更大(da),工(gong)商業儲能系統大(da)多(duo)采用充放(fang)電(dian)倍率0.5C輸出設計。

       按照GB/T 36547-2018《電(dian)化(hua)學儲(chu)(chu)能系(xi)統(tong)接(jie)入(ru)電(dian)網技術規定》要求,儲(chu)(chu)能系(xi)統(tong)交流側(ce)匯流后通過變壓器升(sheng)壓至10kV后并入(ru)企業內部配(pei)電(dian)網10kV母線,儲(chu)(chu)能系(xi)統(tong)交流側(ce)額(e)定電(dian)壓可根(gen)據儲(chu)(chu)能系(xi)統(tong)功率確定,一般(ban)可選擇線電(dian)壓0.4kV、0.54kV、0.69kV、1.05kV、6.3kV、10.5kV等。

       儲(chu)能(neng)系統的(de)微(wei)機(ji)保護(hu)(hu)配置(zhi)要求:儲(chu)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)應(ying)(ying)配置(zhi)防孤島(dao)保護(hu)(hu),非(fei)計劃(hua)孤島(dao)時應(ying)(ying)在(zai)2s動作,將儲(chu)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)斷開;通(tong)過10(6)kV~35kV(66kV)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓等級專線方(fang)式接入系統的(de)儲(chu)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)宜配置(zhi)光纖電(dian)(dian)(dian)流差動或方(fang)向保護(hu)(hu)作為主(zhu)保護(hu)(hu)。

      關于(yu)儲能系統(tong)計(ji)量點(dian)的設(she)置(zhi)(zhi):如(ru)果(guo)儲能系統(tong)采用(yong)(yong)專線接(jie)入公(gong)用(yong)(yong)電網(wang),計(ji)量點(dian)應(ying)(ying)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)在公(gong)共(gong)連接(jie)點(dian);采用(yong)(yong)T接(jie)方式并入公(gong)共(gong)電網(wang),計(ji)量點(dian)應(ying)(ying)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)在儲能系統(tong)出線側;如(ru)果(guo)儲能系統(tong)接(jie)入企業內部電網(wang),計(ji)量點(dian)應(ying)(ying)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)在并網(wang)點(dian),見圖3。

      儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)單元應具(ju)備絕緣監(jian)測功能(neng)(neng)(neng),當(dang)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)單元絕緣低(di)時應能(neng)(neng)(neng)發出(chu)報警(jing)和/或跳閘信號通知(zhi)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)變流器及計算機監(jian)控系(xi)統,如果BMS或者PCS具(ju)備絕緣監(jian)測功能(neng)(neng)(neng)的話不需要另外配(pei)置絕緣監(jian)測裝置。

       通過10(6)kV接(jie)入公用電網(wang)的儲能(neng)(neng)系統(tong)電能(neng)(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)宜滿足GB/T19862要求的電能(neng)(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)監測(ce)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),當儲能(neng)(neng)系統(tong)的電能(neng)(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)指(zhi)標不(bu)滿足要求時,應安裝(zhuang)電能(neng)(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)治理(li)設備。

       在5000kW以下儲能系(xi)統中,安科瑞提(ti)供的二次設備推薦(jian)如表(biao)5所(suo)示(shi)。

1.4 5000kW以上儲能系統

       5000kW以(yi)上規模(mo)的(de)儲(chu)(chu)能系(xi)統根據功率大小可(ke)采用35kV、110kV或者220kV并網,一(yi)般采用2MWh~4MWh左右的(de)儲(chu)(chu)能單元作為一(yi)個(ge)(ge)基礎單元,集(ji)成安裝在一(yi)個(ge)(ge)40英尺集(ji)裝箱(xiang)。和(he)儲(chu)(chu)能單元配套的(de)系(xi)統還包括三(san)級電(dian)池(chi)管理系(xi)統(BMS)、消防系(xi)統、空調系(xi)統、視頻監控系(xi)統、環境(jing)監控系(xi)統、能量管理系(xi)統(EMS),每個(ge)(ge)電(dian)池(chi)艙還包括電(dian)池(chi)柜(ju)(ju)、控制柜(ju)(ju)(BMS)和(he)匯流柜(ju)(ju)等。也(ye)可(ke)采用模(mo)塊化的(de)分布式儲(chu)(chu)能柜(ju)(ju)并聯匯流后升壓并網,組裝較為方(fang)便,安全系(xi)數較高,但是(shi)相對成本偏高。

       通過110kV及以(yi)上電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等級(ji)專(zhuan)線(xian)方(fang)式(shi)接入(ru)系(xi)統的儲能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站應配(pei)置(zhi)光纖電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)差動保(bao)(bao)護(hu)作為主保(bao)(bao)護(hu);通過10(6)kV~35kV(66kV)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等級(ji)專(zhuan)線(xian)方(fang)式(shi)接入(ru)系(xi)統的儲能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站宜配(pei)置(zhi)光纖電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)差動或方(fang)向保(bao)(bao)護(hu)作為主保(bao)(bao)護(hu);大型儲能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(100MW以(yi)上)應配(pei)置(zhi)專(zhuan)用故障錄(lu)波裝置(zhi)。

儲(chu)能(neng)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)高(gao)壓側接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)型(xing)式(shi)可(ke)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)單(dan)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、單(dan)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)分段等(deng)(deng)簡單(dan)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)形式(shi)。當電(dian)化學儲(chu)能(neng)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)經(jing)雙回路接(jie)(jie)入系(xi)統時(shi),宜采(cai)用(yong)(yong)單(dan)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)分段接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),并宜符合下列要求:小型(xing)儲(chu)能(neng)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)可(ke)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)變組、單(dan)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)等(deng)(deng);中型(xing)儲(chu)能(neng)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)可(ke)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)單(dan)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)或單(dan)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)分段接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)等(deng)(deng);大型(xing)儲(chu)能(neng)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)可(ke)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)單(dan)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)分段接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、雙母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)等(deng)(deng),儲(chu)能(neng)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)35kV及以上(shang)電(dian)壓等(deng)(deng)級的母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)宜設置(zhi)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)保護。

       接入(ru)公用電(dian)網(wang)的(de)電(dian)化學(xue)儲能(neng)(neng)站(zhan)應在并網(wang)點(dian)配置(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)監(jian)(jian)測裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)或具備(bei)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)監(jian)(jian)測功能(neng)(neng)。10(6)kV及以上電(dian)壓等(deng)級接入(ru)公共電(dian)網(wang)的(de)電(dian)化學(xue)儲能(neng)(neng)電(dian)站(zhan)宜配置(zhi)(zhi)滿足現行國家標準(zhun)《電(dian)能(neng)(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)監(jian)(jian)測設備(bei)通用要求》GB/T 19862要求的(de)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)監(jian)(jian)測裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi),當(dang)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)指標不滿足要求時,應安裝(zhuang)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)治理設備(bei)。

2 儲能工程電能管理系統

      Acrel-2000MG儲(chu)能(neng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統電(dian)(dian)能(neng)管(guan)理(li)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統和(he)AcrelEMS能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)理(li)平(ping)臺能(neng)夠對企(qi)業(ye)微電(dian)(dian)網的源(yuan)(yuan)(市(shi)電(dian)(dian)、分布式光(guang)伏、微型風機)、網(企(qi)業(ye)內部(bu)配電(dian)(dian)網)、荷(he)(固定負荷(he)和(he)可調(diao)負荷(he))、儲(chu)能(neng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統、新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)汽(qi)車充電(dian)(dian)負荷(he)進行實時(shi)監測和(he)優化控(kong)(kong)制,保護(hu)微電(dian)(dian)網儲(chu)能(neng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統運行安全,實現不同目(mu)標(biao)下(xia)源(yuan)(yuan)網荷(he)儲(chu)資源(yuan)(yuan)之間的靈(ling)活互動,增加多策略(lve)控(kong)(kong)制下(xia)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統的穩定運行。同時(shi)促進新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)消納、合(he)理(li)削(xue)峰填(tian)谷(gu),減少(shao)電(dian)(dian)網建設投資,提升微電(dian)(dian)網運行安全,降低運行成本。Acrel-2000MG儲(chu)能(neng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統電(dian)(dian)能(neng)管(guan)理(li)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統適合(he)部(bu)署在本地(di),作為實時(shi)監控(kong)(kong)、異(yi)常告警和(he)策略(lve)管(guan)理(li);AcrelEMS能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)理(li)平(ping)臺適用(yong)于企(qi)業(ye)源(yuan)(yuan)網荷(he)儲(chu)充運維的一體化管(guan)理(li)平(ping)臺,并提供移動端數(shu)據(ju)服務和(he)異(yi)常告警。

2.1  數據展示

      展示(shi)儲能的容量(liang)信(xin)息(xi)、收益、充放電(dian)量(liang)及電(dian)壓、電(dian)流、及充放電(dian)功率的變化(hua)曲(qu)線等。

2.2異常報警

      儲能系(xi)統電(dian)能管理系(xi)統應具有事(shi)故報(bao)警和預告報(bao)警功能。事(shi)故報(bao)警包(bao)括非正常操作(zuo)引起的斷路器跳閘和保(bao)護裝置(zhi)動作(zuo)信號;預告報(bao)警包(bao)括一般設備(bei)變位、狀態異(yi)常信息或電(dian)芯(xin)過壓(ya)、電(dian)芯(xin)欠(qian)壓(ya)、溫度異(yi)常、電(dian)池簇過壓(ya)告警、電(dian)池簇欠(qian)壓(ya)告警等,保(bao)障儲能系(xi)統運(yun)行(xing)安全。

2.3 實時監控

      儲能BMS監(jian)測電(dian)(dian)芯、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)模組(zu)、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)簇的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)流(liu)、溫度、SOC及越限(xian)電(dian)(dian)芯位置等(deng),并針對越限(xian)信息進行告警,儲能變流(liu)器交直流(liu)側運行監(jian)控(kong)、充放電(dian)(dian)指令下發、參數限(xian)值設定等(deng)。

2.4 光伏運行監控(kong)

      監測(ce)企業分(fen)布式光伏(fu)電(dian)站運行情況,包括逆(ni)變器(qi)運行數據(ju)、光伏(fu)發電(dian)效(xiao)率(lv)分(fen)析、發電(dian)量(liang)及收益統計(ji)以及光伏(fu)發電(dian)功率(lv)控制。

2.5 電能質量監測

      監(jian)測微(wei)電網重要回路的(de)電壓波(bo)動與(yu)閃變(bian)、電壓暫升/暫降、短時(shi)中斷情況,實(shi)時(shi)記(ji)錄事(shi)件(jian)并故障錄波(bo),為電能(neng)質(zhi)量分(fen)析與(yu)治理提(ti)供數據來源。及(ji)時(shi)采取相應(ying)的(de)措施提(ti)高配(pei)電系統(tong)的(de)可靠性,減少因諧波(bo)造成(cheng)的(de)供電事(shi)故的(de)發生。

2.6 AcrelEMS能源管理平臺
