系(xi)統(tong)(tong)功能概要變配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)計(ji)算機(ji)監控(kong)管理(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong),可(ke)以利用計(ji)算機(ji)通信網(wang)絡技術使變電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)值班人員(yuan)(yuan)迅速而(er)準確(que)地獲得變電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)運行(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)實(shi)時(shi)信息(xi),完(wan)整地掌握變電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)實(shi)時(shi)運行(xing)(xing)(xing)狀態,及(ji)時(shi)發現(xian)變電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)運行(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)故障并做出相(xiang)應的(de)決策和(he)處理(li)(li),同時(shi)可(ke)以使值班管理(li)(li)人員(yuan)(yuan)根據變配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)運行(xing)(xing)(xing)情況(kuang)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)負荷(he)分析(xi)、合理(li)(li)調度、遠控(kong)合分閘,減少和(he)避免操作、誤判(pan)斷,縮短事故停(ting)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)間(jian),實(shi)現(xian)對工(gong)廠變配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)現(xian)代化(hua)運行(xing)(xing)(xing)管理(li)(li)。


1變電站自動(dong)化監控系統構架


國內(nei)外變電站自動(dong)化技術(shu)的應用和(he)(he)發展大體經歷了(le)集中式和(he)(he)分布(bu)式兩個階(jie)段。


1.1集中式(shi)變電站自動化系統架構


集中式變(bian)電(dian)站系統分為現(xian)場層(ceng)、控制層(ceng)和信息(xi)層(ceng)。現(xian)場層(ceng)主要包括高壓開關柜綜合(he)保護繼電(dian)器、集合(he)式多功能電(dian)表(biao)、故障波(bo)形記錄器與(yu)變(bian)壓器溫(wen)度儀(yi)表(biao)等。


控制層采用了1臺PI.C,負責采集各高低壓斷路(lu)器分(fen)合閘狀態、手車(che)工作位置以(yi)及直流屏故障報警(jing)等信號。在主(zhu)監控計(ji)算(suan)機的控制下(xia),通過PLC輸出(chu)模塊(kuai)將(jiang)警(jing)報信號盤上光字(zi)牌


點(dian)亮并使聲光(guang)報警(jing)器動作(zuo)。另(ling)外(wai),控制層使用光(guang)纖收容箱(xiang)和ZC-22通(tong)信轉換器將現場層的(de)綜保繼電器數據轉換成RS-232通(tong)信方(fang)式,將數據傳送(song)到電力監控計算(suan)機。


信息層(ceng)主要(yao)是l臺(tai)工控(kong)機,安裝了Elipse ScadaV3.0電力(li)監(jian)控(kong)軟件(jian)。電力(li)監(jian)控(kong)系統(tong)的后臺(tai)數(shu)據庫為SOL Server 2000,用于保存電力(li)監(jian)控(kong)系統(tong)采集(ji)的各(ge)種數(shu)據以生成用戶所需的報表和(he)趨(qu)勢(shi)圖等。


集中式變電站自動化系(xi)統(tong)(tong)結構存在(zai)的主要問題是:信息層的工控機(ji)即前置管理機(ji)任務(wu)繁重、引線多,形成(cheng)了信息的“瓶頸”,降(jiang)低了整個系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的可靠(kao)性。在(zai)前置機(ji)故(gu)障情況下(xia),將失去當地(di)及(ji)遠方的所有信息及(ji)功能;自動化擴(kuo)展(zhan)需(xu)求的功能難(nan)以實(shi)現。


1.2分布式變(bian)電站自動化系(xi)統架構


整個(ge)變電站自動化系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)網(wang)絡采(cai)用(yong)分層分布式結構,按照功(gong)能(neng)劃分為(wei)后臺機(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、服(fu)務器系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和前置機(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)3個(ge)子系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。后臺機(ji)、服(fu)務器、前置機(ji)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)采(cai)用(yong)高速以太網(wang)通(tong)信(xin),前置機(ji)和保護裝置、智能(neng)模(mo)塊之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)采(cai)用(yong)主(zhu)流工(gong)業(ye)接口(如RS-485等(deng)(deng)(deng)),內嵌IEC 870—5—103、Modbus RTU等(deng)(deng)(deng)通(tong)信(xin)規約,同時為(wei)企業(ye)管理系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)BA、OA、MIS等(deng)(deng)(deng)留有接口,便于(yu)企業(ye)內部各(ge)個(ge)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)無縫(feng)集成。分布式電力(li)監(jian)控系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)架構圖如圖l所示。

1.3分布式(shi)系(xi)統(tong)結(jie)構相比集中式(shi)系(xi)統(tong)具有以(yi)下明顯的優點:


(1)可靠性高,任(ren)一部(bu)分(fen)設備故障只影(ying)響(xiang)局部(bu),風(feng)險分(fen)散;當(dang)站控(kong)層系統(tong)或網絡故障,只影(ying)響(xiang)到(dao)監控(kong)部(bu)分(fen),而重要的保護、控(kong)制功能在間隔層仍(reng)可繼續運行。


(2)間隔層任一智能(neng)單元損壞不會導致全站(zhan)的通信中斷(duan)和長期占用全站(zhan)的通信網絡。


(3)分布式結構可(ke)大大減(jian)少電纜(lan),節約投資,簡化了調(diao)試(shi)過程。


2監(jian)控系(xi)統功能


2.1變(bian)配(pei)電(dian)計算(suan)機監控管理系(xi)統具有如下功能:


(1)變電站實時(shi)在線監(jian)視運行,采(cai)(cai)用變配電計(ji)算機監(jian)控管理系(xi)統,不僅能對系(xi)統各(ge)種運行開關量(liang)狀態和電量(liang)參數進(jin)行實時(shi)采(cai)(cai)集和顯示,而且更安全、可(ke)靠、直觀。


(2)及時準確(que)地進行故障(zhang)報警(jing)和故障(zhang)跳閘報警(jing)。


(3)可對潛(qian)在(zai)的事故進行預報警,同時實現各種電量的超限報警。


(4)改(gai)善配(pei)電系統管理。


(5)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)質量(諧波失真度THD/*大、*小、平均值/電(dian)(dian)壓合(he)格率)實時(shi)分析功能,可(ke)實時(shi)監(jian)測電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)質量的各項指標,便于(yu)分析電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)故障原因(yin)。


3應用(yong)過程中應注意的問題


(1)電力(li)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)系統(tong)在(zai)工(gong)廠(chang)實(shi)際應用過程中應注意如下問題:在(zai)電力(li)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)硬件(jian)的(de)(de)選(xuan)用上應注重(zhong)質量(liang)(liang)穩定、保護(hu)功能(neng)齊(qi)全(quan)的(de)(de)硬件(jian)。曾經(jing)某項目(mu)選(xuan)用l臺研華工(gong)控(kong)(kong)機(EIX;-4504 NPORT),在(zai)使用不到1年(nian)的(de)(de)時間就發生(sheng)故障,導致現(xian)場區域的(de)(de)電力(li)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)癱瘓,無法實(shi)時監(jian)測各變電站高低壓開關設備狀(zhuang)態(tai)和變壓器工(gong)作溫(wen)度等重(zhong)要參數,現(xian)場的(de)(de)電量(liang)(liang)統(tong)計(ji)報表也無法正常(chang)生(sheng)成。雖(sui)然聯系原廠(chang)家進行維(wei)修(xiu),但是由于(yu)維(wei)修(xiu)時間超過半個(ge)月,給用戶帶來很大的(de)(de)不便。


(2)在(zai)電(dian)力監(jian)(jian)控(kong)系(xi)統中(zhong)應平(ping)衡好計算(suan)(suan)機(ji)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)系(xi)統與(yu)(yu)(yu)電(dian)能數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)采集系(xi)統的關(guan)系(xi)。監(jian)(jian)控(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)的首(shou)要(yao)(yao)任務是(shi)實時(shi)地觀察變(bian)電(dian)站內(nei)各高低壓開關(guan)設(she)備的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)狀態以(yi)及報警(jing)信號,而電(dian)能數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)采集是(shi)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)的次要(yao)(yao)任務。但在(zai)系(xi)統應用(yong)(yong)中(zhong),現場(chang)大量的多(duo)功能電(dian)表(biao)(biao)采集數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)也接人監(jian)(jian)控(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji),造成監(jian)(jian)控(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)既要(yao)(yao)負責與(yu)(yu)(yu)變(bian)電(dian)站內(nei)各綜保(bao)繼電(dian)器數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)通信,又要(yao)(yao)和現場(chang)大量的多(duo)功能電(dian)表(biao)(biao)進行通信,導致監(jian)(jian)控(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)系(xi)統資源被大量占用(yong)(yong),系(xi)統工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)速度放(fang)慢,甚至(zhi)發生死機(ji)現象(xiang)。解決辦法為增加(jia)l臺(tai)IBM Server運(yun)行SQL Server2000的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)計算(suan)(suan)機(ji),把(ba)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)系(xi)統分(fen)成操作(zuo)(zuo)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)與(yu)(yu)(yu)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)庫主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji),改善數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)庫占用(yong)(yong)計算(suan)(suan)機(ji)資源太大的問題。


(3)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)應及時(shi)(shi)(shi)準確,報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)與現(xian)場故障時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)同步(bu),*低報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)反應時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)小于1秒,不能出(chu)(chu)現(xian)任何誤動作或誤報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)。由于系(xi)(xi)統(tong)綜保繼電(dian)器(qi)的通(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)連接(jie)(jie)采用(yong)環形網絡架構(gou),當(dang)(dang)連接(jie)(jie)的綜保繼電(dian)器(qi)數量較多(duo)時(shi)(shi)(shi),監控主機的一次掃(sao)描(miao)(miao)周期(qi)(qi)就(jiu)需(xu)要半分(fen)鐘以上,當(dang)(dang)其(qi)中(zhong)1臺綜保繼電(dian)器(qi)發出(chu)(chu)的報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)正好在主機掃(sao)描(miao)(miao)周期(qi)(qi)剛剛結束時(shi)(shi)(shi)發出(chu)(chu),待(dai)掃(sao)描(miao)(miao)到(dao)新的報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)還需(xu)要1個(ge)周期(qi)(qi),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)將(jiang)會(hui)超過1分(fen)鐘,因此不能及時(shi)(shi)(shi)地進行(xing)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)。解決辦法為(wei)優化系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的通(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)網絡架構(gou)和(he)通(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)協議,變被動的系(xi)(xi)統(tong)掃(sao)描(miao)(miao)查詢(xun)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)模式為(wei)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)單元發出(chu)(chu)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)后系(xi)(xi)統(tong)主動接(jie)(jie)受和(he)判(pan)別的模式,以提高系(xi)(xi)統(tong)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)響應時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)。


(4)在電(dian)力監(jian)控(kong)工程施工中還應注意電(dian)力監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)線路不能(neng)(neng)影響繼電(dian)保護系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),繼電(dian)保護的(de)控(kong)制回路不能(neng)(neng)進(jin)入(ru)站內(nei)監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)只是(shi)用來顯示,安全(quan)可靠性等級較低的(de)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)不能(neng)(neng)影響等級更高的(de)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong);做好系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)各(ge)報(bao)警點(dian)的(de)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)測試,在系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)完成(cheng)后一定(ding)要進(jin)行(xing)各(ge)高低壓開關位(wei)置狀(zhuang)態和(he)報(bao)警功(gong)能(neng)(neng)的(de)測試,以防發生誤(wu)報(bao)和(he)漏報(bao)。

4安科瑞Acrel-2000Z電力監控系統(tong)解(jie)決方(fang)案


4.1概述


針對(dui)用(yong)戶變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(一般為35kV及(ji)以(yi)下電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓等級),通過(guo)微機保(bao)護(hu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)、開(kai)關(guan)柜綜合(he)測(ce)控(kong)(kong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣接點無(wu)線(xian)測(ce)溫產品、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能質量在(zai)線(xian)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)、配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)室環境監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)設(she)備、弧光(guang)保(bao)護(hu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)等設(she)備組成(cheng)綜合(he)自動化(hua)的(de)綜合(he)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)系(xi)統,實現了變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)安(an)全(quan)運行和全(quan)面管理。監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)范圍包括用(yong)戶變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站、開(kai)閉(bi)所(suo)、變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)所(suo)及(ji)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)室等。

4.2應用(yong)場所


適用于(yu)軌道(dao)交通,工(gong)業(ye),建筑,學校,商業(ye)綜合體等35kV及(ji)以下(xia)用戶端供(gong)配電(dian)自(zi)動化系統工(gong)程設計、施工(gong)和運行維(wei)護。


4.3系統架構(gou)


Acrel-2000Z電(dian)力監(jian)控系統采用分(fen)層分(fen)布式設計,可分(fen)為三層:站(zhan)控管理(li)層、網絡(luo)通(tong)信層和現場(chang)設備(bei)層,組網方式可為標準(zhun)網絡(luo)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)、光纖星型網絡(luo)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)、光纖環(huan)網網絡(luo)結(jie)(jie)構(gou),根據用戶用電(dian)規模、用電(dian)設備(bei)分(fen)布和占地(di)面積等多方面的信息(xi)綜合考慮(lv)組網方式。

4.4系(xi)統功(gong)能


(1)實時(shi)(shi)監測(ce):直觀(guan)顯示配電(dian)網的運行狀態,實時(shi)(shi)監測(ce)各回(hui)路電(dian)參數信(xin)息,動態監視各配電(dian)回(hui)路有關(guan)故(gu)障(zhang)、告(gao)警等信(xin)號。

 

(2)電參量查(cha)詢:在配(pei)電一(yi)次圖中(zhong),可(ke)以直接查(cha)看該(gai)回(hui)路(lu)詳細電參量。

(3)曲(qu)線查詢:可以直接(jie)查看各(ge)電(dian)參量曲(qu)線。

(4)運行(xing)(xing)報表(biao):查詢(xun)各(ge)回路(lu)或(huo)設備時(shi)間的運行(xing)(xing)參數。

(5)實時告警:具有實時告警功能,系統能夠對配電回路遙信變位,保護動作、事故跳閘等事件發出告警。

(6)歷史事件(jian)查(cha)詢:對(dui)事件(jian)記錄進(jin)行存儲和管理,方便用(yong)戶(hu)對(dui)系統(tong)事件(jian)和報警(jing)進(jin)行歷史追溯,查(cha)詢統(tong)計、事故(gu)分析。

(7)電能統(tong)計(ji)報表(biao)(biao):系(xi)統(tong)具備(bei)定時(shi)抄表(biao)(biao)匯總統(tong)計(ji)功能,用戶(hu)可以自(zi)(zi)由查詢自(zi)(zi)系(xi)統(tong)正常運行以來任意(yi)時(shi)間(jian)段內各配電節點的用電情況。

(8)用(yong)戶權(quan)(quan)限(xian)管理:設置(zhi)了用(yong)戶權(quan)(quan)限(xian)管理功能,可以定義不(bu)同級別用(yong)戶的登錄名(ming)、密碼(ma)及操作權(quan)(quan)限(xian)。

(9)網絡(luo)(luo)拓撲圖(tu):支(zhi)持實時監(jian)視(shi)并(bing)診斷各設備的通訊狀(zhuang)態,能夠完整的顯示整個系統網絡(luo)(luo)結構。

(10)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)質量監(jian)(jian)測:可以對整個配電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統范圍內的(de)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)質量和電(dian)(dian)能(neng)可靠性(xing)狀(zhuang)況(kuang)進行持續性(xing)的(de)監(jian)(jian)測。

(11)遙控(kong)功能:可以對整個配電系統范圍內(nei)的(de)設備進(jin)行遠程遙控(kong)操作。

(12)故(gu)障錄波:可(ke)在(zai)系統(tong)發生故(gu)障時(shi),自動準確地記錄故(gu)障前、后過程的各(ge)種電氣量的變化情(qing)況。
